B2SH11-11.2-B Hardened Gearbox for Shearing Machine

The B2SH11 hardened gearbox is a two-stage vertical shaft structure reducer, similar to the DBY series, but compared to the DBY series, it offers better performance and optimization. The housing is made of ductile iron, providing strong rigidity and shock resistance. The large housing area ensures better heat dissipation and stronger sound absorption. Both the gears and shafts utilize advanced grinding processes, which reduce the overall temperature rise and noise, enhance operational reliability, and increase power transmission capacity.

The B series gearbox is generally used in low-speed, high-torque transmission equipment. It achieves speed reduction by meshing the input shaft's small gear with the output shaft's large gear, transferring power from motors, internal combustion engines, or other high-speed power sources. Ordinary reducers also use several pairs of gears based on the same principle to achieve the desired reduction effect. The ratio of the number of teeth between the large and small gears is the transmission ratio. Product models include B2SH11-11.2-B.

1. After 200–300 hours of operation, the oil should be changed. In subsequent use, the oil quality should be regularly inspected. Oil contaminated with impurities or deteriorated must be replaced promptly. Generally, for reducers operating continuously over long periods, replace the oil every 5,000 hours or once a year. For reducers that have been idle for a long time, replace the oil before restarting. The reducer should be filled with oil of the same brand as originally used. Mixing oils of different brands is not allowed, but oils of the same brand with different viscosities may be mixed.

2. When changing the oil, wait until the reducer has cooled down to a non-combustible state but is still warm, as the oil viscosity increases when fully cooled, making drainage difficult. Note: Disconnect the transmission power supply to prevent accidental energization.

3. During operation, if the oil temperature rise exceeds 80°C or the oil sump temperature exceeds 100°C, or abnormal noise occurs, stop using the reducer, investigate the cause, resolve the issue, and replace the lubricating oil before resuming operation.

4. Users should establish reasonable maintenance regulations, carefully record the reducer's operational status and any issues found during inspections, and strictly adhere to the above guidelines.
